About the Role
As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in executing securities orders for client accounts, ensuring the accuracy of transactions, and maintaining essential records. You will collaborate with the operations team to enhance processes and support the firm’s commitment to exceptional client service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute securities transactions and ensure accurate processing of withdrawals, deposits, and account changes.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain performance composites.
- Handle proxy voting and oversee management fee billing.
- Serve as a backup trader and support operational functions.
- Monitor cash positions and generate ad-hoc performance reports.
- Assist with compliance, regulatory reporting, and quarter-end processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
